Exactly Where I Stand on Investing Today

Folks, the world has changed...

You know it. I know it. There's no getting around it. And now, we're all faced with navigating this seemingly new environment.

For many, it's overwhelming. I hear it in people's voices.

"Steve, are stocks still safe? What about bonds? Should I move my assets to gold? And why the heck have you been talking about real estate?"

I've had dozens of variations on this conversation lately. And more often than not, my response genuinely surprises people.

You see, most folks aren't really asking about the mentioned sectors... What they want to know is, "Steve, where do you stand on investing today?"

And when I give them the honest truth... it shocks them.

Let me explain...

For most folks, the whole world has changed – at least for the foreseeable future. And so, they figure that the world of investing must have changed too.

I think some of them are expecting me to say, "Head for the bunker," or "It's time to consider moving to Antarctica."

That's the response that would validate how they're feeling. And I totally understand that. It's normal to feel uncertain at times like these.

Well, I've spent years looking for the best investment opportunities I can find. I've taken pride in sharing my best ideas with my readers. And there's one thing that I can tell you with 100% certainty today...

Despite everything going on in the world... there are still incredible investment opportunities available to us.

That's right! The world is still full of investment opportunities. And I've condensed the best ones I could find into a single presentation.

You see, the 2020 Sprott Natural Resource Symposium is just around the corner. You've probably heard me mention it in years past. I've been a keynote speaker many times over the years.

The symposium is a collection of the best minds in the natural resource space. Why they invite me is a mystery. I'm a generalist... not a resource expert. And in the past, I've even taken the stage and told the audience to sell all their gold.

It was shocking then. But it turned out to be exactly the right call.

I think that's why they keep inviting me back. The folks over at Sprott know that no matter where I stand on the market, I'm going to give my honest opinion... even if it goes against the popular consensus.

This year, Sprott is holding its conference online. Like I said, the world has changed, and there's no getting around it.

So this year, I've decided to do something special. I've collected the very best opportunities I've found in the market and stuffed them into my presentation.

I'll answer three key questions:

  1. Where can the stocks go from here?
  1. What does real estate have to do with any of this?
  1. And how can investors capitalize on the two most exciting segments of the gold market?

By the end of the presentation, I guarantee you'll know exactly where I stand on investing today. And you'll come away with multiple actionable ideas that will help you take advantage of today's market.

Attending the Sprott Natural Resource Symposium online will also grant you access to more than 30 other speakers' presentations. Darn near everything you could want to know about the natural resource space is there. And you'll hear it from some of the industry's best minds.

So, if you want to know exactly where I stand on investing today... and if you want to know how I plan on taking advantage of today's market... you need to check out the Sprott Natural Resource Symposium, happening online July 22 through July 25.

You don't want to miss this one.

Good investing,

Steve

CONSUMERS CAN STILL AFFORD LUXURIES TODAY

Today's chart shows us that folks still have money to spend...

In DailyWealth, we use different sectors as real-world economic bellwethers. For example, we can look at companies that sell discretionary items – things you'd only buy after you've covered the essentials. If they're doing well, it means people aren't merely scraping by. And despite the coronavirus pandemic, that's just what we see with today's company...

Sony (SNE) is a $95 billion electronics and entertainment company. Nobody needs Sony's video games, televisions, or movies... But when folks have some extra cash, the company reaps the benefits. And while COVID-19 disrupted the manufacturing and distribution of Sony's films and devices, its online PlayStation video game sales rose even during the outbreak. The company also just announced a $250 million investment in digital-gaming leader Epic Games.

Despite the coronavirus setback, SNE shares are up nearly 40% over the past year... and they just hit a new multiyear high. While the coronavirus pandemic has many folks struggling, plenty of others still have cash for the latest video games...
